Catherine Grace "Cady" Coleman (born December 14, 1960 !, in Charleston, South Carolina) is an American chemist, a former United States Air Force officer, and a current NASA astronaut.
New Expedition 26 crew members Dmitry Kondratyev, Catherine Coleman and Paolo Nespoli docked to the Rassvet mini-research module Friday, Dec. 15, 2010, at 3:11 p.m. EST. They launched Wednesday on the Soyuz TMA-20 spacecraft from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan at 2:09 p.m. (1:09 a.m. Thursday, Baikonur time). After a two-day ride to the orbiting laboratory the new flight engineers will begin a five-month stay until May 2011. /NASA
