Anonym kommentar på nätet efter kungens jultal häromdagen:

"Actually Sweden is not a small country by area on
earth, it is the fifth largest country in Europe (larger than Germany and UK), but it is unbelievably low populated (20/km2, compare it with Netherlands 393/km2). Most of Sweden is inhabitable, in contrast with countries with large areas of ice and deserts.
I have always been wondered, why it is so low populated! Was it because of the dark winters, or is it because of being away from centre of Europe, or because of boring culture,
language, or economy reason (stimulate economy). Many countries have geographical problems, high population, water problem, terrible climate, wars; and still could achieve better than Sweden!"
