The United States Anti-Doping Agency is set to reveal the findings today that led to the lifetime competition ban against seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong.“The evidence shows beyond any doubt that” Armstrong’s “U.S. Postal Service Cycling team ran the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen,” USADA Chief Executive Travis Tygart said. The findings are to be posted on the agency’s website.
