It's back-to-back flat stages at the Tour de France as Mark Cavendish has another chance to go for history with a 35th Tour stage win on Stage 4.
The riders left Spain for France on Stage 3 Monday, and it was Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck) who was the strongest in the finale, edging out Wout van Aert and Caleb Ewan.
