White House Press Secretary Jay Carney is hosting a press conference, speaking about yesterday's raid in Pakistan.

Here is some new information:

The woman in Bin Laden's room, his wife, was killed when she rushed the entering soldier

Bin Laden was not armed when he was shot, but he did resist

Bin Laden and his family were on the second and third floor of the compound

A woman on the first floor was shot and killed

The administration was prepared for the eventuality of his death and prepared for a Muslim burial. Bin Laden's body was washed, placed in a white shroud in a weighted cloth bag, and eased into the ocean
