Talking on a cell phone

Talking on a cell phone is not as hazardous as texting while driving —
but that doesn't mean it's safe.
One study showed that drivers who talk on cell phones are four times
more likely to crash than non-distracted drivers.
That makes driving while talking on a cell phone as risky as driving while drunk./
