Canucks’ foot soldiers flourish, beating Bruins at their blue-collar game

Henrik Sedin of the Vancouver Canucks
crushes Dennis Seidenberg of the
 Boston Bruins against the boards.

The Vancouver Canucks have scored six goals in five Stanley Cup games, and just twice in the last three games against the Boston Bruins. The last two were scored by Jannik Hansen and, Friday, Max Lapierre. For all Vancouver's firepower, it is as much the Canucks' grinders and depth players at forward who are helping them win.

"--- Hart Trophy winner Henrik Sedin hasn't a point in the series for Vancouver. Brother Daniel has two, and glorified grinder Alex Burrows has two goals and an assist. And all this first-line production came in Game 2. Second-line star Ryan Kesler has one assist.
“We're battling extremely hard as a line,” Henrik said. “We have to realize it's six guys we have to beat — every shift. That's tough. We're grinding it out and working hard, and every line is doing that. Different games it's going to be different guys stepping up.---”/Vancouver Sun

Själv har jag inte något intresse av ishockey, utan jämställer det med Amerikansk brottning (100% show). Men många fascineras ju av "showen".
