Boston Bombing Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

BOSTON — Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings, pleaded not guilty on all counts Wednesday to charges that he used a weapon of mass destruction to kill three people and wound more than 260 others near the finish line of the 117th running of the marathon on April 15.
