Breaking News: Norway mass killer found sane and guilty

Judges in Oslo on Friday declared confessed mass killer Anders Behring Breivik sane and criminally guilty in the slayings of 77 people last year. Breivik, 33, faces at least 21 years in prison for the massacre.
