Audio Magnate Sidney Harman Buys Newsweek; Editor Leaves

Donald E. Graham, chairman of The Washington Post Co., personally selected Harman because "he would provide the most continuity for the magazine." Harman plans to keep the majority of the staff and maintain a weekly print edition.
